European is our specialty and most of the daily work, but the bays stay open for anything we can do properly. If a job needs a tool or a platform we do not have, we will tell you rather than learn on your car.
Scheduled maintenance done by an independent shop with correct parts and documented intervals does not void a factory warranty. We keep records specifically so you have the paperwork if it is ever questioned.
Diagnostics are quoted up front, then the repair is quoted separately once we know the actual cause. Nothing extra happens without your approval — if a job turns up something unexpected we stop and call you.
